Sales Account Manager
The Sales Account Manager has the ability to interact with customers, to identify their needs and meet or exceed their expectations in providing service and custom product.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting custom solutions to our customers. - Assume responsibility for the knowledge of product, service & campaign/promotional offerings. - Actively participate in training & coaching initiatives. - Demonstrate understanding of competitive products & promotional offers. - Establish distribution networks for products & services - Generate ideas for products/services development - Be a self starter & have the ability to make decisions. - Mature - Able to communicate clearly w/ clients over the phone and via email. - Provide after-sale support by following-up as required/requested and thereby ensuring customer loyalty. - Take initiative to exceed the customers' expectations. - Ensure customer conflict/objections/concerns are resolved.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Secondary school diploma or equivalent. - 1 or more years of sales experience preferred. - some experience in the automobile industry would be an advantage
